BIO

Corey Gross is a business strategist, creative director, and entrepreneur with more than three decades of experience across consulting, brand, and venture-building. He began his career in design before moving into advertising, then relocated to London, where he rose to Director level at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, working across Europe and the US. Returning to Australia, he joined Deloitte as Creative Director and National Brand Manager, where he combined the rigour of consulting with the instinct of a creative.
He has since co-founded several companies, applying the same cross-domain thinking to complex, real-world problems across industries and contexts. That body of work, shaped through both consulting and hands-on venture building, led to the development of the RTC™ Method, a three-stage system that helps leaders solve the right problems, transfer intelligence across domains, and execute with precision. It provides a practical structure for moving from insight to outcome, bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.
